These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HumanizeAI (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and old enough to form a binding contract in your country to purchase a paid plan.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the text you submit and to the rewritten output. You grant us a limited license to process your text solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to submit the content.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Engage in academic dishonesty or break the rules of your school or employer.
• Create spam, fraud, misinformation, harassment or other harmful content.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, scrape the Service, or interfere with its operation.
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written permission.

5. AI output

Output is generated automatically and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing it before use. We do not guarantee any result on third-party AI detection tools.

6. Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; you keep paid features until the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

7. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. Later refunds are at our discretion, except where required by law.

8. Free plan and advertising

The free plan is provided as is, is supported by advertising, and its limits may change.

9. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HumanizeAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material we will notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
